Vargas Sunday

The weather and tides look perfect for this Sunday (Sept.11) so Joan and I are planning to land at noon. This is an open invitation to join us. Bring your own food to burn on the campfire.

16 of us made it over, nice day, whales breaching and blowing just offshore, warm, little wind. Mostly hard sand but a PC12 found some soft stuff, got himself unstuck, forded a pool of water probably a foot deep, then got stuck again, then finally unstuck (what 1200 hp does for you).

I wonder how hard it would be to mount 35's on the mains and a 31 or 29 on the nose.
