This is the ride I gave the other day to the guy who had never been in a plane. He was a pretty happy camper when we got home.

This sandbox is my favorite playground, and it's only 10 minutes from home. Living in the middle of nowhere has its benefits.

RP: I've been beating myself up for not playing around down in those dunes when passing through there a few weeks back, I put it on my "next time I'm in the area" list. So THAT'S what they look like up close, making that flight at sunrise added an extra dimension of coolness! I spotted my LZ a couple times in the background, and it looks like the same general area you landed? FUN area.....

CG, I made that video mostly to tempt you to come back (and anybody else who wants to join us)!

My landing spot was about 4 miles from yours, but as you said there are lots and lots of choices out there.

Here's an older one I did that isn't anything spectacular, but you might enjoy it if you like the visual effect of chasing shadows. I had fun with it because it felt like the shadow almost became like another character in the video.
