What did you get for Christmas?

I bought myself a nice Christmas present from AvidFlyer. Got a nice intercom for the new plane I'm building.

New computer that I am typing on, new shirt, new jacket, shooting glasses, Safari sling for my 375, a mug and some cookies, a bull moose head trailer ball cover and a n "amazing but true, golf facts" calender.

all in all a pretty good haul.

Got myself a Lightspeed Zulu, figuring that no one else was likely to come through with one. Turned out that I knew exactly what I wanted- how lucky was that! :D

Merry Christmas, Friends!

The other side of that complaint is that you're too small.....

Spot Messenger for me and a Zulu for my wife. ( I felt kinda guilty when I was wearing my Zulu and she was wearing a 20 3G.)

Loving life and thankful for each day I am blessed with!

I also bought myself a "Spot" messenger for Christmas. Who knows, it may someday turn out to be the best Christmas present I ever got. [-o<

I received an autographed copy of Gunther Rall's memoirs ( the German ace with 275 kills) and a home brew kit. Both are appreciated.

Clothes. :? I was hoping for a Rem 870 Marine in my stocking but no such luck.

Girlfriend's mom though got me a cool book called "Bush Pilots" about Minnesota backcountry flying history (lots of family in MN.)

I still have a job, so Merry Xmas to me.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”

Hey, a (relatively) warm day, the love of a great lady, who happens to have waaaaayyy more patience than I deserve, three great dogs, and an airplane...

What more could ask for?

Happy Boxing Day, out there....
