What Model of plane is this?

This photo was taken On Spirit lake WA, probably about 1950 or earlier. The guy on the left is Harry Truman of Mount Saint Helens fame. He was born in 1896. The guy on the right is Verne Dickey. The photo was taken by Harry's niece, Shirley Rosen.

Taylorcraft.. probably a BCS-65

Thank you Brian! I was way off track looking at photos of Cessnas and Stinsons trying to find a match.

I ran across this photo while searching for one of float planes anchored almost all the way across Spirit lake. I saw that photo framed on the wall in Harry's spirit lake lodge sometime around 1974.

And the floats look like EDO 1320s.

The nose bowl grills gave it away.. I have an old broken up set in my parts room..
