Re: Where did you fly today?

Sunny, calm day which is probably rare there this time of year, dusting of snow in the hills. Nice J-5, landing lights in both wings, do they pulse alternate like all the floaters I see driving around in the fog? Tires look a little hard, maybe easier to push back into the hangar that way. I've got some time in a J-5 and sure liked the utility of two persons in the back seat instead of just one. I always thought ACA was tempting us GCBC and Scout owners by offering an extra-wide rear seat as an option, not that I actually know of anyone that has ever put two people back there like you can with the J-5 ;).

Its a 12. Landing light just in 1 wing. I guess the prop tip looks like a light in th right wing. didnt notice till you said something :)

It's all White and windy now. We did have some nice days for a while though.

Re: Where did you fly today?

Had to take my wife to Challis today for a work thing. Dropped our kid off at the in-laws then had a nice flight up to Challis and back. Forgot how much I enjoy flying at night.

Saw some Goats along the way. Was pretty cool to see. Kinda tough to get a good pic.
