A1Skinner,
Here's the quick and dirty on mine:
You have to balance what you want to see vs. what's required (primary).
I wanted to keep my oil values together, and my electrical values together.
My main screen displays this:

Fuel pressure is a required instrument on the 170 with a 180 HP conversion (Avcon).
2nd. screen allows for one primary instrument because it will display value on primary screen if it gets out of limits (or something like that). I forget, because all values will flash onto the main screen and remote warning lights when they get out of their limits.
So I put the volt meter there due to it being primary. Then put the amps next to it. After the primary ones were placed, I just started putting others where I felt they were the most handy.
I left the Cessna vac/suc gauge on the panel so I didn't have to have this one taking up a primary spot.
Here's the 2nd. screen:

3rd. screen. I did not do the fuel gauges again because I did not want to take up a prime spot with gas gauges, so I left the Cessna gauges on the panel (my 170 has a Skyhawk panel in it, so my fuel gauges are not in the wing root anymore).
As far as I know, w/o having the fuel gauges here, this page is only good for adding in your fuel.
3rd. screen:

4th. screen shows the fuel flow. I left my JPI 450 in and just spliced into its FF transducer for the CGR 30, that way I don't have to skip through the screens to see my FF, its always up on the 450.
Also on this screen is the fuel quantity display, and the switch tanks in....... but I haven't programed that one in yet.
4th. screen:

Also, the EGT/CHT graph area on the gauge does a bunch of different configurations through buttonology?
I could waste a bunch of post pages just showing you, but I haven't even taken pics of all those anyway.
I hope this helps you out.
I know I would have liked to see this during my research phase.
Good luck.
Tom
