Robert "Bub" Wright, aka Skylane, passed away in November of 2011. He was a beloved community member and will be missed.

Probably would have been more effective if the bear didn't turn tail at the sound of the gunshot.
Moral of the story, always carry a banana cream pie in a holster.

Shot into the water my ass. That bullet went into the bear, but they don't want the bad press of injuring a sow with three (damn cute) cubs.

I was wondering the same thing, I would have probably emptied the gun, then soiled myself.
