Wings over Wine Country Santa Rosa, CA AUG 20-21

I want to fly into this show since it's a 20 min flight vs an hour and half drive. I can't find any information on flying in anyplace. Does this mean that the airspace is closed all weekend to people flying in? The notam for the TFR is as follows.

From August 19, 2011 at 2100 UTC
To August 19, 2011 at 2230 UTC
From August 20, 2011 at 1700 UTC
To August 20, 2011 at 2300 UTC
From August 21, 2011 at 1700 UTC
To August 21, 2011 at 2300 UTC

This is the same schedule roughly as the Marysville show in which hundreds of people fly in for. Has anyone flown into this show in the past or know where I can get some info for flying in or if it's even possible.

The Hotline just tells you to go to the site and Museum line is dead. The director hasn't called me back yet. The TFR is only active from 10-4 local time so I guess there's no reason why I can't fly in as long as the airspace is open.
