Saw this over on the Skywagon forum - it's from an ad for an app the poster developed from his flying, photography and study of geology. Nice looking 180 and some gorgeous video, looks like he's done some great flying. I haven't downloaded the app yet but I'm definitely tempted...

Great views, I love geology, and what we can see from the air.
A bit different than from your other office huh?

Different views for sure. What's great about aviation is that every way you approach it offers a different perspective. Here's the link to the app...
http://www.mikayadigital.com , more good shots there.
In the author's bio there's a funny comment from his wife about his 180 - "His wife is convinced its tail wags when it sees him coming."

Great find Vick!
I downloaded and watched the whole thing. Geologic process that we can see in action from our airplanes are shown with amazing photographs and great graphics explaining the geologic process. In college, I had an exceptional teacher, a physical geology professor who used a lot of his aerial photographs to teach his course so this reminded me a lot of that. I still learned a lot from this app.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
In the process of downloading as I type.
