I would like information about the Wren 460 and also might want to buy one. Anyone know of any Wrens for sale?

Wow... Erich Hartmann and Werner Molders appear in one forum post. I'm impressed!

There were about 400 built in late 60's and Todd Peterson (of Peterson 260 SE) did another 15-20 I nelive in mid 80's. Todd owns the Type Certificate --- and could make you one up . He would more likely sell you
one of his newer Katmai . http://www.katmai-260se.com/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peterson_260SE

Re: Wren 460

Stancil Aviation in Placerville CA. had one sitting on their ramp a few weeks ago with "For Sale" signs on it. Interesting airplane. I don't know if they still have it. They have a couple of big hangars full of planes so it may still be available. BCB

Replied to your PM. Not exactly a mystery for any half serious student of aviation history :D
