This was my gift (to myself) for the holiday.

My next door neighbor has a hoist in his hanger that has been amazing for all the work on the Wagon. He's been very generous letting me swap tires, pull the gear, etc. Its been a real pain trying to jack the wagon up high enough to pull the AKBs so I needed a better solution than the floor jack. It was out of the question to hang our own hoist in our hanger (not being mine and all) but I did find this solution. Pulled the trigger X-mas day.

No snow yet, but I think it will be handy getting the smaller tires on and off with the skiis. Should work well with the hand chain hoist I have at work.

Looks like it could work well, and also be pushed out of the way against a wall when not in use.

I made one like that out of 2 X 4 lumber and a come-a-long. It worked well enough to get Joey's wife's new Mustang engine into the pickup. I think it cost about $20. I have to say though that I was sweating the whole time though. I may weld one up one day.
