You're all going to have to log back in

Trying some stuff with the system to get to the bottom of the issues with persistent login. I'm going to purge the stored sessions that match your cookies this evening so people have time to read this.

You shouldn't have to do anything more than just login again, but wiping your BCP cookies is a good idea prior to.

Interesting....I haven't used this computer (PC) today at all, and it was logged off, and in fact, was shut down. I fired it up, opened Firefox, clicked on BCP, and it had me logged on. #-o

Zzz, you are a miracle worker....unless of course, you haven't taken the threatened, errr, promised action yet.

In which case, I have no idea what the hey happened.

I talked my computer expert...wife...into deleting cookies for this site a couple hours ago. Logged in a few minutes ago, shut down for awhile and now it lets me in without logging in. Firefox too.

Can you explain to me how exactly I go about "wiping my BCP cookies"?

Maybe if you post a picture of your "BCP cookies"...

It's different for every browser, but most will let you search for and delete only cookies from a given domain. If you delete all cookies, you'll also lose your persistent login for any other sites.

Re: You're all going to have to log back in

Okay, PC has stayed fixed.....a couple days and counting.

I Pad was still logging out. Tried to figure out hoe to kill cookies there....no luck. So, did a soft reset and.......fixed!

Thanks, Zane.

Of course now I'll once again forget my password.

Re: You're all going to have to log back in

And, the next day, the I Pad won't log on. Like, period. It goes to the website fine. Shows me as logged off. I click on the "Get Started" button, which brings up the log on page. Fill in my correct username and password, and click, and it comes up a blank screen and "Invalid Token" message. That is, when it doesn't come up with the "Me" icon, as logged in, but then freezes....like I can't move from that page without exiting the site.

Looks like the PC is the ticket at this point. This is the latest version of IOS software....9-- I think. May be something there that's not happy.
