63S,GJT,63S Smoker there Pacer back!

Headed to Grand Juntion in the morning, should be there by 1 pm, hope to leave ASAP.
headed back towards SLC will try to find a good spot to stay the night, traveling at about 90, Looking for BCP'rs along the way, coffee on me, short notice but that's the way it is. Weather looks like Boise direction, will have to stop at the BW place on the way by just to say hi! Jump to Pullman and then home, just don't think I get back to Prosser by noon! Wish me luck with the new little Canary.

GT,

Wish I were home in SLC and you'd have a place to stay but I'm out of the country. You mentioned a Canary...did your buddy buy that macho yellow pacer out @ Mack Mesa???? I've looked at that and drooled. Hopefully its the one you'll be flying home- be safe either way.

If you get stuck in Pocatello, give me a call 208-716-0400.

Bad weather currently, non VFR anyway.

Brigham City KBMC. I'm around and we could find some hangar space if needed, there is a car here and good people.

My house is a mess but if you come into Provo, (PVU) I have an extra bedroom your welcome to. I could pick you up and have a car you can use. Clouds are pretty high 12,000 + but totally overcast here. Wind has died down. Jerry 801 358-3419

M6, remember the over-riding primary job of the ferry pilot - Make it as safe as you can make it, then fly it as safe as you can fly it, sacrificing all else (including schedule, governmental rulebooks, seller's wishes, buyer's wishes) to safely get you and the airplane back to where you can sit down and have a good look at what you got.

Forget all about trip efficiency, forget all about the line on the chart leading home, or the GPS pointing you towards the fastest way home. Fly the airplane over a route that always maximizes safety and gives you the best chance for forced landings, infrastructure to help fix things, alternate transport, road retrieve of a busted airplane, etc. etc.

GT, if your still there, the clouds are dropping here and the tops of the mountain are gone. If your coming over Soldiers Summit I doubt you got any VFR weather under the clouds. Looks like it's snowing in the mountains, light sprinkle here in Provo.

Freezing rain/sleet all day today with very low ceilings, but dead calm anyway. One heck of a long stretch of "spring" weather, Sunday is looking good though.

GT is hopefully pretty close to home. He called me at around 1:30 from Spanish Fork and was heading West around SLC's Class B because his radio wouldn't transmit. I'm still trying to figure out how he got over the summit from Price when I haven't seen the mountains all day. I checked the satellite view on NOAA and it looked broken and a lot better to the Northwest so hopefully he got into some blue skies. GT you need to close your BCP Flight Plan!
