Life is good. Life is better with wings.
If he fly's a Husky, no doubt he lurks here wishing he was one of the cool people.
C'mon dude, you've got "Live to tell" stories to share now.

These pictures taken just before and just after the crash...

Seriously, though. I hope he has a speedy recovery! Harrison has been one of the best spokespersons GA could have asked for - he walks the walk and takes his training seriously.

The FAA "preliminary" crash report is out, apparently he hit a tree on the golf course before crashing.

Gravity Strikes Again.
I read a blurb from AOPA's Robert Goyer today about Ford's forced landing. It said he has a broken pelvis, a broken ankle and some facial cuts. All survivable, but a broken pelvis is likely to take a while to heal and there's likely to be lingering pain during the healing process. He probably wishes he could be encased in "Carbonite" during the recovery process! I wonder if he needs someone to keep the oil circulating in his engines while he recuperates? He has been a strong and successful advocate for EAA's Young Eagles and GA in general, so I wish him well.
