Older pilot's no hernia 2x4 or wood pole block up tip: Three 8' 2x4's. Length longer the older you are. I use 8 footers unless carrying them then four blocks are needed. 2" black ABS sewer pipe is light, tough, and makes good blocks that roll.
Lay 1st one flat on ground from front side and pointed about 45* to ski pedestal. Take free 2x4 or pole and pry up ski tip with end being careful with bottom plastic. Kick 1st block under pedestal with foot. Lower ski. Install 2nd 2x4 the same as 1st under other ski. Then lay 2nd 2x4 or pole on ground tight to front of ski tips which should be elevated by inserted blocks, or two shorter ones if camping. Grab wing at struts and push skis one at a time onto 2x4's making sure the tailwheel is free to pivot sideways. Kick it to release the lock. Makes a triangle of 2x4's under skis.
To remove push plane off 2x4's or blocks, or kick out cross 2x4 or wood pole then use it to lift skis and remove others.
Your choice. Next year get a set of ski dollies.
