Mark all posts as read

Is there a way to mark all posts as read so the next time one looks one doesn't see the same old posts?

Mark all posts as read

Yes.

Method 1:
Go to the forum index page either by clicking from the main menu or the breadcrumb at the top of forum pages. Then click the "mark forums read" button in the upper right. Despite my best efforts, I can only get this button to appear in the forum index page, not the latest topics page.

Method 2:
In the Tapatalk app, while in Unread or Timeline view, tap the 3-line icon in the upper right and choose "mark as read."

Or you can log out-- when you log back in and hit "view unread posts", it starts from scratch.

**FACEPALM**

Um, would it be possible to make the "Mark Forums Read" button on the Forum Index page a different color, say Red, or Black and Yellow caution-striped, or make it a two-step process, like with a little verification pop-up that cautions you that your are about to mark 3 months of catching up you planned to do on the forums as read, YOU #@&$?!$&?}!!! MORON...?

Right now, when you go to the Forum Index page, the Mark Forums Read button replaces the "I-Use-It-Every-Time-I-Log-On 'View Options' button".

Just askin', no particular reason, really... #-o =D>

Re: Mark all posts as read

So you're saying you'd like a confirmation similar to how Tapatalk does it? "Are you sure you want to mark all read!"

Actually, I'd like a warning Klaxon and a room full of flashing lights every time I push that button, and THEN a confirmation. Or just a confirmation (you slacker!). After all, I understand you're not getting much sleep these days...
