My Minnesota vacation trip report

Merry Christmas, everyone. Been working on this film for a while now (it's a long one), and set Christmas as the release date...barely made it. Thanks to the BCP'ers who stepped up to take me flying in MN this summer: Ryan and Gary. They don't post often but the camaraderie is there nonetheless!

Re: My Minnesota vacation trip report

Enjoyed a pleasant surprise this morning when YouTube recommended a new video for me from our resident website and short film guru Zane. As always top notch editing to go along with beautiful shots of GA planes in their natural habitat. Sorry you didn't have better weather during your visit. Thank you for all the effort you put into the website and for sharing these films. They've been inspiration for some of my own adventures and I'm sure that's true of many others as well.

Fantastic video and trip report Zane. You keep raising the bar and you're video and editing skills are better than most professionals. =D>

Thanks for getting it done! Makes me want to get out and fly.

Wow Zane, make a MN guy like myself well up with pride. Awesome video showing he reason I returned to the land of 10,000 lakes. Sure wished I would have been able to make it.
I'm curious as to who Russ had in mind to stash their body in the floats! :)

Do you mind if I share this on my FB?

That was a great 20 minutes! My wife said thanks for not letting the swans run into the credits ;)

Excellent work Zane!

It was so considerate of you to move the type out of the way for the geese to pass at the end.

Man Zane,
You sure can put together fantastic videos. I also laughed when you parted the credits when the geese swan by. =D>

Truly incredible short film. I've passed it on to my non-aviating friends as I'm sure it shares so much of the spirit we all love in the community of aviation. Great job!

Great video, wish I wasn't a week late getting everything done on my plane so that I could've made it up there

Merry Christmas to us!

Thanks so much Zane. That was a really great short film. You did a great job capturing the idyllic northwoods of MN in the summer.
