my new skywagon

Here's a photo of my new Skywagon. I've wanted one for years, and finally bought this one a week ago. This is the first time I've ever posted a photo. It's gigantic, but I don't know how to size it down and I'm tired of messing with it anyway. But here it is. (maybe Zane can shrink it down to a proper size for me?) ** EDIT- fixed it.
Quite a different machine to fly than my old ragwing 170, and esp my C150/150TD, but I love it. Got about 5 or 6 hours in it now.

Hot rod, you got the pic to post, so you're 90% of the way there! All you have to do when you post these is edit the URL and take out the word "original". Then it will post a forum-friendly size of the pic:

Here is your original URL with the offending part highlighted:
https://www.backcountrypilot.org/images/originalphotos/125/4086/2d339645b239e9408caacb8c.jpg

And this is what the pic looks like after the edit:

That's a nice, clean-looking 180 you have there! You should post some cockpit pics in "Show us your panel" here:https://www.backcountrypilot.org/community/forum/latest/show-us-your-panel-14757?hilit=Show%20us%20your%20panel

It worked!
BTW I posted in the marketplace forum that I'm looking for an original Cessna CHT gauge in working condition. Wouldn't mind an original carb air temp gauge either.

Please post interior pictures, mods, engine data etc., so we here in the peanut gallery can criticize as well as offer opinions on STOL kits, VG's, props, etc., all the while questioning why you didn't buy a Maule. :D

Re: my new skywagon

Hotrod,

Congrats on the beautiful new bird. Now when you miss your great -170, give me a call. I fly mine over from Harvey Field and let you fly it for old times sakes.

Re: my new skywagon

Cool!! It looks clean and bone stock! No ski tabs, float kit, stock tips, no leading edge, duel exhaust. Pretty dang un touched. Probably as light of a wagon as they get. I like it. :)
