You may find eBay as your best source for used avionics.

Re: narco AT165

Good luck on finding an AT165. I have been looking for one for over 7 weeks. Mine died and they are unrepairable. I have called several used avionics suppliers and still no luck. The last one that came available on e-bay lasted only minutes and it was almost the cost of a Garmin.

Garmin sells an adapter tray for their GTX-320A transponder to fit older King and Narco installations. This makes it "slide-in" compatible with your existing Narco AT50A. GTX-320A's can be found for around $1000 and will last.

I'd buy another worthless AT50A for cheap before I spent any real money on an AT165.
