I'm ferrying an AG plane to Reno this December, where is this "Chicken Strip" and what is it? Would it not be too bad a detour? :D

It is in the Saline Valley at 36-49'N / 117-47W (according to the sign) at any rate here is a google image...

I'll do that John. I think the show is the 10 of Dec., but I'll be a little earlier than that because I'm afraid of the wx.
