My buddies bushmaster with Dakota slotted wings and now has 50 degree flaps new landing gear, oversized controls.... patroller doors....that shock tail suspension and tio540... I think the landing gear has about 36” of travel. it’s ridiculous.

He didn’t build the plane but all the new mods were done by him.

That is a great looking airplane mmartin1872. Can you give us anymore details on the main landing gear mod - I’ve seen that in a few pictures now and I’m very intrigued!

Heres another picture of it. Very nice indeed.
As you can see the landing gear strut attaches at the cluster where the cross tub comes across under the panel. I really like that setup, although I do wonder if it can ever bottom out with a hard enough hit. But with that much suspension travel I doubt it.

I remember seeing that monster for sale a while back. Beautiful airplane and I love his new mods!
