I had to pay the stupid tax. Had to many margs in Mexico at the Serenidad pig roast. Left my new Tillamook Air Museum light jacket on the chair. Lucky it only cost 28 dollars.

So I'll need a BCP one.

I really like the softshell jacket version and I will buy one of those. I do like the insulated jacket, just not as much.

The one pictured is technically just a beanie. In my understanding, a "toque" is a knit hat with ear-flaps. Is this correct? Or is "toque" just Canadian for "beanie?"

I have a wool toque and I LOVE it.

So, I can get these from my wholesale catalog:

Re: 2011 BCP Apparel

Well not being from Canadia, I thought all stocking caps, beanie's, watch cap, pictured example, ect were toques? Ear flap or not, as long as there's no brim.

Either way, I like it.

Re: 2011 BCP Apparel

From Wiki...Toque...Canadian Usage...

In Canada, toque, or tuque, is the common name for a knit winter hat. The Canadian English term was assimilated from Canadian French tuque. Toque first appeared in writing around 1870. Such hats are known in other English-speaking countries by a variety of names, including beanie, watch cap or stocking cap; the terms tuque and toque are unique to Canada and northern areas of the United States, close to the Canadian border.

And their other version of the word...Tuque...

A tuque is a knitted cap, originally of wool though now often of synthetic fibers, that is designed to provide warmth in winter. Most tuques are tapered; they sometimes have ear flaps, and may be topped with a pom-pom, this style of tuque is sometimes referred to as a boggan or sherpa. Tuques may have a folded brim, or none, and may be worn tightly fitting the head or loose on top although the latter is considered more standard.

Re: 2011 BCP Apparel (updated)

Hey Zane! Dee says to make sure she gets dibs on one of the girl cut Ts if they are going to be few in numbers! :) Well done. I just showed them to her and she says they look great. We'll be doing hats, beenies, and Ts at least. Maybe some sweatshirts too. Possibly a jacket too. Once again, if you come across any kids sizes (Ts and sweatshirts) we'd be all over that too!

Well, if we are the "official" family, I think that qualifies for a discount or family pack type of deal! :D Hey Matt, when are you two going to provide some playmates for Adam and Sadie?

Hey, not so fast.....I'd like to submit my family as a cannidate for "Official family of BCP.org", HaHa!

Zane, kids sizes would be great as I have two that would be interested.
I'll do one of the insulated jackets in a Large. Those look great, as well as the rest of the apparel.

Baby blue would really make the logo stand out, and not be hot in the summer sun. Sexy, too.

Or red works too, just not as well.
