For anyone going to OSH this year, or for those of you who would like to peruse the approach procedures, even if you can't go, here's the link to the 2012 NOTAM: http://www.airventure.org/flying/2012_notam.pdf. As always there are some changes, so last year's NOTAM won't work.
For anyone desiring to go, it is NOT a difficult flight in or out. It does require being semi-alert---no, really alert---and it's important to practice slow flight so that you can maintain 90 knots and to practice spot landings, because you'll be expected to land on a spot! Not the one that happens to be under your tires when you touch down, but the spot that the Tower tells you to land on.
It is truly the greatest aviation show around.
