I've seen pics of that Boeing YL15 (aka L15 Scout) before, guess my CRS is kicking in.
Googled it up: 125hp Lycoming, 269 sq ft wing, full length flaps, spoilers for roll control.
People talk about Pacers being squirrelly because they're close-coupled, but just look at the tailwheel placement on that YL15!
FWIW back in the mid-1950's, a guy named Jerry Lawhorn built up an experimental he called the Kee Bird.
190hp Lycoming O435, c/s prop, YL-15 wings, big tires, all on a Cubbish-looking fuselage.
