Is the rudder itself the only difference? Or are there other important differences?

Is there any disadvantage to the larger rudder?

Besides, the factory, corrosion proofing, as far as the tail goes I believe it is just the Rudder and tail cone that are different, probably adds a couple pounds and a little bit of drag, but it’s nice to have that much rudder in a crosswind on wheels.
