Pacific City looks good now Craig. Terry I'll try to time flying to see you and you new plane at MMV around 4. I have a repair I need to work on this morning. Should be at Pacific by 1.

Not sure. I was there close to a year ago with the KMMV guys.

The lodge sold, Barb serves breakfast in the old ranch house on Sundays between 8 and 9.
And she can cook!
The strip is now 1000ft.

Which end got chopped off? As I recall the west end was a lot wider than the east end next to the pond.

The East end is part of the lodge that sold.
Here is a vid, the pond is about where we touched down, you can see it on take off.

Pacific City landing and departure. Nothing special, no music. Happy to have found a way to mount my camera that seems mostly stable.

MMV group headed for lunch tomorrow, if anyone wants to join in....no set destination yet.....Independence, Salem, Mulino, Albany, Pacific City, Agate Beech............trying to think of a few that a Maule with 29's could safely get in and out of :wink:

Mulino still low ceiling but supposed to lift soon. May head there for lunch noon to noon thirty. Good at spb.

Did you guys go? I had to do the brakes on the Maule, they were gone gone! WX is crap here at Troutdale.

Well, that was a bust. Briefer indicated if I waited an hour the weather should be ok at Mulino. Popped over to Pearson in the meantime. Airplane is still at Pearson as weather continued to deteriorate. I'll shuttle it back tomorrow or later in the week if tomorrow doesn't look good enough.
