I’ve got a 180 that I keep at KCOM when I’m home, there are two unadvertised short grass areas they keep mowed to play on and practice, about 800’ and 900’ long.

I’ve been to the Terlingua jail and Starlight lounge, on a Harley not in an airplane. Would like to get out to the Terlingua Ranch sometime, they have a gravel strip.

I’ve got a 1000’ strip at the farm, it’s rough and needs some rain but it’s fun.

Wes, That's pretty awesome. Coleman isn't all that far from me I had no idea they had those little strips out there. I'll have to come by and check it out soon!

NineThreeKilo, Funny a friend of mine was just talking to me about going up there to do some jeeping. I might have to fly up there when he heads that way! Looks like an awesome spot for sure.

Planning on starting the process soon to get my strip listed on the sectional. Should be able to start letting people fly in soon!
