I will be there in the Super Cub. Should be going to NH, but a very dear friend of mine will be in OSH with his 170. 88 years old, WWII Marine F-4U pilot, he makes OSH priceless!! Arriving 7/25 departing 7/31. I will be camping near Theatre in the Woods. N3914Z

I plan to be there all week. I'm driving the motorhome out though.

Flying in either Sat or Sunday from Michigan, around the north end of Lake Michigan, in my Supercub. Camping in the North 40. Friends of mine are also joining the Cessna group. N85SD, red & white, hopefully the cargo pod will be on by then too.

I'll be flying out on the 26th heading back on the 29th. Taking the maule. I still haven't touched the Exec in some time, the maule is a hoot. I look forward to seeing you, I'll be camping under the wing.

I plan on getting to OSH Sunday night or Monday morning. I will head back west Thursday.

So do we all want to meet and say hi face to face. How, when, where.

I would suggest Tuesday we go to the outside deck at the Hilton for lunch and drinks. Then later meet to watch the air show. Aeroshell square out towards 18-36 where you watch the show. I can ware my BCP tee shirt.

The Hilton is on the north side of the airport. You can ride the shuttle bus to the Hilton.

I will be flying the Maule up on Sunday and head back home on Wednesday.

Beekeeper- a good buddy of mine is one of the owners in the F4U that is always at OSH. The aircraft should be there all week and Frank should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm sure I can hook you up with him and he would be glad to let your friend re-live some memories with the Corsair...it has a jumpseat in it so you never know what may happen...

If you want to be included in any meet and greet events be sure to trade mobile numbers. At OSH I will mass text every mobile number I get here a update on meeting time and place.

Flight of three leaving Roseburg Wednesday morning (Avid Magnum, C-170, Christian Eagle).
Tentative (very loose) plans are:
Caldwell, ID Wed. night.
Driggs, ID Thu. night
Custer County Fri. night (tour Rushmore)
Redwood Falls, MN Sat. night
Fond Du Loc Sun. night (not ashamed to say this night will find us in a hotel)
Into OSH Mon. morning.
Leaving for home Fri. morning with no return routing plans at all.

Short legs every day, tall margaritas every night.

If anyone knows of any good places to stop between Oregon and OSH I would love to hear what they are. I have to stick to pavement this trip for the Christian Eagle.

I'm in for a lunch get together any time.

Rob, I sent you a PM the other day, not sure if It was successful, let me know.
