I would put Shell Lake Lodge on the list. It's a short flight out of Anchorage, water landings only. I don't think that there is a website for the lodge, but below is a link to an article about the place.

Be prepared to party hardy at Shell Lake Lodge. I've got some wild memories from that place in the winter time, but maybe it tames out during the summer months.
