Wow Rob, like ol contact, doesn't believe an airplane will climb. Anyway, having the nose up, while necessary to get out of the field, is uncomfortable. There is nothing up there worth dying for anyway. Once slow enough to turn efficiently, we're done with altitude. Airplanes fly really well going back down hill.
