Re: BCP hat order 2014

I'd take 2 please, give us a non-flex fit option, those things are headache machines for me.

Re: BCP hat order 2014

Not sure if this is a order post or not, if it is:

First Choice - (1) Mesh style, any color but black
Second Choice - (1) Anything I can get but black

Re: BCP hat order 2014

This thread is just an unscientific poll and discussion of hat fashion. When merchandise is available you'll have to do the whole cart/checkout thing. Nothing posted here actually secures you a hat.

I like the darker brown mesh style. My head is definitely no bigger than a S/M size.

Re: BCP hat order 2014

In furtherance of the nonscientific poll, I like the way the original version had ".org" in the same color as the background so that it was not as prominent. While freely admitting that I check this site and super cub far too frequently, some weird ego gene kicks in when I reach for a hat that has a computer website as the most prominent portion of its billboard. Having super cub, or backcountry pilot more prominent with the .org in a fade away background color or in smaller font would likely suppress that impulse to grab something else to shield the sun's glare.

I am another pilot who can admit that I have a big head. The strap with buckle style fits well. I like the original logo on the charcoal gray color.

By trucker you mean mesh back? Some trucker hats I have seen are characterized by a massive bulbous front. Something low rider would wear. :P

Yeah the mesh back, like the ones Kevin has for PNH. I like how they fit.

Now that "mesh" is an option. I change my vote to mesh. Im in for any color. (my head is also f-ing big and fitted hats never work for my melon)

I'll just charge the Metamucil to my AMEX and keep the nickel for the bell boy.

This is how we're looking right now. Will advise more when I hear back from the thread jockey.

The Jeremy Style was a joke, but if anyone seriously wants one, let me know. Once the artwork is prepped, the sky's the limit. I could have it sewn to your bath towels if you want.

I think next time I'll just make stuff and announce that it's for sale. 8)

I'm sure for a few extra bucks we can put the logo on any hat style you want. I just have to make an initial order to get good pricing.

I'd be game for a flex-sillhouette.

For the record, if you don't like the button on the top, just take it off. They come off easily with a pair of pliers.

Re: BCP hat order 2014

OK, hats are looking like they're a go-- I'll start with an order of about 60-70 pieces, with heavy distribution on the charcoal classic flexfit, skewed a little toward L/XL. Per popular demand, I'll do a "trucker" mesh back with the Classic logo too in flexfit and plastic snap.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. When I have exact models locked in, I'll put them up in the store and you can place your orders. First come, first serve (but there will always be more in the future.)
