I think next time I'll just make stuff and announce that it's for sale. 8)

I'm sure for a few extra bucks we can put the logo on any hat style you want. I just have to make an initial order to get good pricing.

Why don't you just set up a Caferess site and let us order Backcountry underwear if we want? :D

I'll order whatever hat you come up with.

Heh! Don't get me started. I like the bath towel idea.

FYI the store is located here: http://store.backcountrypilot.org/

It's also linked at the bottom of every page near the Paypal donation link. Please wait until new hats appear in the store to place orders. I'll definitely announce it here in the forum first for the regulars. We're looking at about the first week of April, gonna get these to you with plenty of time to spare for the Airmen's show.

+1 for the larger sized flex fit. The traditional straps are barely long enough for my big head.

Re: BCP hat order 2014

I love my whitish/tan buckle hat from the last run. Flex fit hurts my head. I'd love more like the one I have.

Do they publish head sizes for the flexfit hats...as a guide?

Re: BCP hat order 2014

Any chance of getting a hardhat version, or one with padding in the dome? My hair is way too thin to protect my head from constantly running into the flap hinges. I might have to give up flying if I can't find some way to protect myself from all the head wounds I self inflict. Either that, or get a MUCH taller airplane...

Re: BCP hat order 2014

Some BCP stickers would be great to have as well for the Airmen's show and Valdez. You have LOTS of free time, right Zane?
Strategic 'tagging' would be lots of fun

I'll take 2 dozen please

Re: BCP hat order 2014

Zane, since you have allowed us to completely redesign a great product, I would just like to have a moral patch to fit on the front of my LaRue Tactical cap,or maybe a BCP cap to put my LaRue Tactical Dillo patch on. :)

Stickers are a good idea. I started on that last year but it fizzled when I had trouble with a vendor,

I'll look into the patch. That'd be cool.

Hey akgreg, how about a cardboard stencil and a rattle can for some guerrilla marketing?

Fly hound, I got your solution right here. :)

Re: BCP hat order 2014

That sticker design is great and would look equally sweet as a patch.

Zane, I have enough spray paint around to make the evening news

Re: BCP hat order 2014

Ok guys, here's the final offering that my embroiderer is stitching up right now. Some stock is very limited, so keep your eye on the forum in the coming weeks for an announcement for the store. The good news is that from here on out, it's easy to order more. The Jeremy and the beanie/toque/military etc will be up in the store as a custom order, but it's not a big deal. Just a few days extra wait.

Is this store new? cause I looked for it recently and could not find it. Request: Backcountry pilot beer glasses would be f'ing cool. How about Backcountry Pilot fortified beer 15%.alc That would be a fun label to design.

BCP hat order 2014

BCP IPA is topping out at 8% currently, only served in the bushplane laboratory out back. I do like the idea of pint glasses. :)

Store has been up since 2011 but not advertised because no inventory in stock. Finally getting around to it.

Re: BCP hat order 2014

I'd be down for one. prefer cam-over adjustable if that's an option. The elastic vice ones give my large, but generally empty, head, growing pains. happy with either style but not mesh. For what all of that is worth...

I'm in for a couple of the soft classics if you're keeping track. Thanks for doing it.

Frank, I am not keeping track. It helps to know which models you guys like but official orders will be made via the store. It's just easier to keep track and control inventory that way. Thanks.
