Hello Pat!
When is the last time you have flown into Big Creek for a fun group outing?  How about Saturday?  The Idaho Aviation Foundation (IAF) invites you to attend an informal Big Creek Gathering on Saturday Oct 20 around 9:30am.  Light refreshments (coffee, juice, light snacks) will be provided.  Why?  Interesting things are happening at Big Creek, and IAF President (also IAA President) Jim Davies will give IAA members a sneak peek at what the IAF has already accomplished and is planning at the old Big Creek Lodge site.
 
We will post a go/no go update on the IAA website by Friday 10/19 by noon MT—but because it is late in the season, things may change after that time.  Please use good judgment if weather or smoke/circumstances look marginal that morning (we will try to get the word out if we have to cancel, but may not be able to).  You can get updates on our homepage, under “Latest News”:  http://www.idahoaviation.com/

·         If able, please respond to this email by Wednesday evening if you think you will attend so we may plan on quantity of refreshments, or you may call Nadine Burak at 208-861-9056.
