C 170, Lost 60 pounds and CG moved back, even better now.

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

My '55 180 weighed 1538 lbs when it rolled off the line according to the original WnB. She has started her Jenny Craig plan to get back down to her fighting weight. If I can end up in the low 16XX's I'll be a pretty happy camper.

Cessna didn’t actually weigh every plane off the line in the day. That weight was calculated, based on their “standard” weight for the model, plus the equipment installed in your plane.

So don’t count on getting to that “original” weight.
