C-180 Wing-X; Should I scratch that itch?

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

If anyone is interested PM me an email and I’ll send pics. It would require paper work since it was originally for my plane, which is $1500 from WingX (please confirm to be sure since I haven’t checked in a while). I’d take $2000. I think you’ll agree the damage is very minimal.
What year is it for? I'm considering one for my 206. I dont get a GW increase, but I would still like the performance increase. My plane is going to be light already, so I can afford the loss of UL.

It was for early 180 with sportsman. Less than a year old.

Re: C-180 Wing-X; Should I scratch that itch?

I can add little after all the most informative comments.

We have a 182 at the grass strip that I fly from and we did the conversion on it as it was going to be used as a Jump plane.
The difference on T/O is remarkable to say the least. There is no noticeable difference in cruise speed.
Other than the obvious cost the only downside I can see is if you ever plan to use a standard T Hanger as the fit as I recall is VERY tight.

The question is do you need it for your mission.
