Buy now if you can pay cash. Do not go into debt for toys. Folks using home line of credit for toys is what drove plane prices up and F@#ked the economy
tim
I've know Tim for 15 odd years since he walked into my hanger at Whiteman (WHP) with his wife. His Mom used to have a house in Burbank (where he grew up) and he would fly his 182B from Weed ,CA. to Whiteman -and I'd give him a ride over to his Mom's place, after a stop at Santor's sandwich shop. He was in a partnership then and now has another 182B of his own. Don't think he goes to Southern Cailf. as often now (Think his mom moved to Utah ). I've been to Tim's "hobby shop" and house -his wife is really tolerant of his hobby stuff .Don't think for a minute that Tim would actually sell his 182 unless there was another airplane in the deal.
It took a while for me to accept his friendship
