Cessna pre-buy inspection in Anchorage

Hi all,

There's a chance I'll be seriously looking at a 170b in Anchorage, and I'm thinking to have an annual inspection done as a pre-buy. The way I figure, if I'm essentially committed to the purchase, I would like an annual done to know what's going on inside the plane I'll be flying around, plus it could tip me off to any hidden gotcha-style problems.

So -- any recommendations for annuals on a Cessna in Anchorage?

Lots of Mechanics out there. Might try John Pratt (Pratt Aviation) next to Northern Lights Avionics at Merrill Field. I used him for years before moving to the Wrangells.
