some STOL porn of a last week's New Zealands STOL contestant.
Wow. Whether pretty or not, I always enjoy seeing these Zeniths stroll their STOL stuff.
Any idea what the winds were like in those take offs?

Winds were around 15-20mph, small gusts and a moderate left to right crosswind component. Carbon Cub actually beat this performance on the day with a total take off and landing distance of 42.1 metres (138 feet).

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

The CH750 is a great plane, those that have them love them! And it really performs!

It's kinda like having your ugliest child run the fastest
What's remarkable is the pilot of the 701 in the video is a low time pilot, about 200 hrs now. He does have fun with that plane, though.
