Does a 14,000 FPM rate of descent, and an airspeed increasing to VNE constitute a spin? sounds more like an uncontrolled spiral dive!

The 14,000 fpm rate of descent is a typo, I believe.

Look at the charts, plotting altitude vs time......more consistent with a spin.

And airspeed never exceeded 140....nowhere re near Vne
