CompSci Flys

Did you fly somewhere cool, take photos, and feel like telling the tale to make us drool from the confines of our offices? Post them up!

Re: CompSci Flys

My fiancé and I flew over to the Mud Strip in search of a canoe on Inner Lake George. The walk over there was brutal, having to trek through overgrown bush. Afterwards, I've since found out that there's a trail somewhere over there. I'll definitely be searching for that next time haha. I did find the canoe though, so that was awesome, I'm excited to go back. Once we got back to the airplane, I had my fiancé shoot the 12 guage shotgun filled with slugs for the first time. She was a champ. We then had an awesome flight back home, very picturesque. Glaciers/blue rivers/mountains all with a beautiful sunset.

hahah That's awesome, I was wondering how long that thing had been around. I'll definitely have to save it for a nice weekend next time. Rachael says "Hiii Denny" haha.

Re: CompSci Flys

Got hitched a couple of weeks ago, was very lucky to score such a beautiful bride. It was an awesome experience to be able to fly-in to my own wedding, with my best-man Yabo. I wasn't sure if I was actually going to be able to fly-in or not, but the weather just happened to open up a within the hour that I had to decide if I was going to be driving or flying. After the ceremony, Rachael and I hopped in the plane and took off for a fun flight around the area prior to the festivities.

Just a few days after this, I officially sold the -12. Excited for the next chapter in my life and stoked for an airplane upgrade in good time.

It's all in the power of the mustache! Congrats on getting hitched!

What's in the running for an upgrade to the -12?
