Went up in my new (first) plane today!! Wow! she is a well cared for beauty and flew amazing! The old wing leveler even still works.
I went up with my CFI as I have not flown a piper in about 9 years.

There are two new cylinders that needed break-in so we just flew wide open for about an hour. I figure at least one more session of that, and then I will focus more on air work and pattern work.

But for now, I couldn't be more excited.

Congratulations! I bet you will love it. When will you be putting a set of ABW's on?

It will also help you through those days when the expenses mount up because something pricey broke, can't be found anywhere, and the airplane just sits and sits while your IA tries to track down some elusive used version.
