Has anyone tried this watch?
Im in need of a new watch, was looking into this one but wanted some feedback.
www.sportys.com/pilotshop/garmin-d2-bra ... watch.htmlNo I wont really be using it as a GPS in the cockpit, just need a new watch and the features are cool.
Im worried it might be too big or heavy though.

I have the fenix...not a bad watch but I would never pay for it. Air Force did. The D2 and other aviation watches require a Jepp database subscription

I have the apple watch which works with foreflight and a few other apps. Does a lot more too. That's why I didn't go the D2 way when I needed a new watch.
