Does anybody have a good source, spec, P/N, etc for the in-cap gaskets for the old (former) ABW fuel bags?

Maybe I'm late to the party- I recently learned they stopped producing the old bags altogether. AK Gear Co referred me to skycowboysupplyco.com, which sells similar bags, but no joy trying to get a reply from them.

Is this a flat plate gasket? Filled four of these up for a buddy last week and didn’t think to look.

Just a thought, but could you cut out a gasket out of red silicon engine baffle material or similar? Perhaps put a scrap piece in a jar for a day or three of blue gas or your preferred poison and see how it fairs?

Yep it is a square side flat gasket not a round O-ring. I use a light coat of EZ Turn fuel lube and they work great. I think with a smooth hand, good eyesight and some patience you should be able to cut some out. I did a quick Google search for square edge O rings and lots of stuff popped up if anyone wants to go down the rabbit hole. I am looking for a few old style cap bags in good shape if anyone wants to get rid of them.

I have two of these bags and while I really like them for ease of use, both storage in the plane or boat and with the valve and hose easy to get the fuel where yo want it.
The problem is, as you say, the cap gaskets leak, both in the cap and in the filler/hose adapter. If anyone finds replacement gaskets please let us know.

I ordered some off of Ebay and they worked fine. They're also available from McMaster-Carr but they bend us over on shipping to AK.

Bought some gas cap gaskets for the Maule from here:

Good chance you can find something that'll fit properly if you scroll through what they list; they include the dimensions in the title of each listing. Some of the dimensional options that'll work are priced differently so watch for that, too.

Pretty amusing follow-up to all this: I followed AK170B's tip and ordered some of these gaskets on eBay- and they just arrived taped onto the back of the seller's original McMaster-Carr packing list! Net net, I got McMaster gaskets at a fair price, and probably saved $50 in McMaster S&H to Alaska!
