rocketThanx Brother!. I did about 25 years out in western AK and my bread and butter was the float beaver, figured I would need another 20 more years to know it all though.
Im already forgett8ing stuff, went back and re read that post and wanted to add a couple things and edit it some.
I always wanted to be a writer, funny though, I didn't know I had this odd form of dyslexia until I was taking s class at a JC, tested me etc and said yep, you've got a problem, I can read well enough and aleways have, I was banned from reading in the 5th grade cause thats all I would do, I just can't spell and I get a little confuse about left and right. Missfueled my tripacer "take off on left tank only" two times and then came up with this little dance, face spinner, spin around and face forward, look at left hand, turn to the left hand, then fuel that tank; every fn time!. Similar processes to keep from hooking something up backwards and killing pilots, timing those damn beaver mags would kick my ass every once in a while though going from the left mag to the right, first one of the season always got me ;)....
I always chuck when people suggest making an L with you hand.... Ha ha ha, my brain tells me both are an L.

The product you want to use is 1300L only it needs to be thinned with toluene to be applied to a smooth multi layer finish on both your leading edge and the inside of the rubber. Lets back up a little.

This is a test.
This is a test of the BCP image attachment service.
If this had been a real emergency you would have been instructed to step away from the computer, enter the aircraft of your choice,...
Just thought I would add, in case no one knew, that all (???) the heavies have castoring main gear trucks.
Once upon a time in another life, while doing a 47 walk around, I noticed the potential for...
Experts?
Experts sit in their loungers sipping whisky giving out expert advise! I prefer a porch swing but the flight doc says not anytime soon!

TGorn,
Like MTV says, ski cable assemblies are made to fit.
Actually ski installations and their cables are one of those things on an aircraft where the installation is simple but a simple mistake...
HOOTP,
I have seen a set of drawings for hauling fence posts on the wing hard points outboard of the wing struts of the DHC-II. Not really what you are looking for but still worth at least a donut hole!
