I don't have anything meaningful to share, but I've flown through that area (on the way to some other place) and liked it. Lots of fun flying in the area. It can get REALLY warm, and you're going to see some high DAs in the summer. No news there. It'll be an interesting move to follow if you decide to make the jump. Will you buy an existing home, or build on an empty lot?

Couple recent Zillow listings there. Pretty pricey. Window of opp. was probably 5 years ago.

Yeah,

I'm looking at those listings. I would buy an existing hangar. Very difficult soil conditions to build down in that area. Please keep the info flowing all!
