Got an email from my state senator today.... The bill winding its way through the legislature shielding private property owners from liability when the public use private land for recreation has passed and waiting for the governers sig..... If this is really true then I will call the FAA and relist my private airport from Private ownership / private use to Private ownership / Public use......... 2WY3 will be available to all pilots to use as they see fit....... =D> =D> =D> 8) .

That's cool. I hope Von Gontard feels the same way.

That's not far from my Aunt & Uncles house up near Black Butte! My aunt works the post office in PNA. I hope they pass it for your state and eventually all of them!

That is really great that you'll allow public use. I get to Jackson every so often and would really like to see your plane and engine. They both look like works of art. =D>

Usually pass just south of your strip when we travel out to Johnson Creek. Rawlins to Afton line is just a little south of your strip.

That would be great. I have property up on Booth drive. Always figured if I make it back down there I would land on Booth drive, if the fence posts aren't to tall? Hope it goes through.
