The RV in the hangar thing is a great setup, other than a dedicated attached apartment of course. A win/win, get's the RV out of the weather, homifies (?) the hangar.
One floor cleaning tool I've used for years is a 4' wide dust mop, like commercial janitors use, its combined with a recessed floor grate (too late now....) right at the entry door, that lets you run the accumulated grit right into the grate. The catch basin beneath the grate is deep enough to only need cleaning once a year or so. BUT, if you have a lot of women wearing high heels wanting in the hangar, it will unfortunately act like a cattle guard.

In snow country, it's super handy, most people who first see them (my shop, hangar, home mud room all have them) immediately say "that's a great idea" not realizing they are being punny. Other than that, I have a commercial grade mop bucket on wheels, but I have also eyeballed those commercial floor scrubbers, that would be the ultimate.
