I think there might be some differences depending on serial number then, the parts diagram for my plane doesn't show the addition collar. My mechanic/IA signed off on it in this configuration.

I was pretty disappointed in ground handling when I first picked up the plane, but I realized there was a 25% pressure difference from side to side on the mains and the nose strut was overinflated. I always do three touch and goes after maintenance before heading back to my home airport, glad I did.
