I always wanted a HUD for my aircraft but there are no affordable ones. I bought a few HUDWAYs on Kickstarter about a year ago and while they work well for driving, they don't work well in the air because the navigation, and instrument applications don't support the required inversion of the display well -- even if they claim so.

Well today, I got an email about HUDWAY CAST which is a lot closer to a real HUD and uses AirPlay on Apple IOS to display any application. So I popped for $176 and am backer no. 162 on KickStarter.

I have to disclose although my last name sounds Russian, I have no relationship whatsoever with this Russian company. And I was once a cold warrior and had the commies as my adversaries for years... I took a chance and they came through before. Now they are getting closer to what I want; I can even display WingX along with MiraCheck up where I don't have to go eyes down... Will definitely get Angle of Attack info up there... I applaud entrepreneurship wherever it come from...
