I'm in Minnesota

Zane,
Not sure if you are wanting/willing to post your vacation schedule or likely 'free time' (LOL, like anyone has free time during a vacation). Might be helpful to those that would like to meet up.
If I can't fly over I may try and drive over for a visit.

I'm pretty much free all week and flexible. The wx is in charge at the moment. Driving back to MSP early Sunday.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
Looking like Friday may be mighty fine weather...

No chit! On the weather. Been a nasty couple of days with heavy rains, and high winds. Trees down, a few short term power outages and a yard full of tree branches! Looks like a very nice day to today but breezy.

I was watching the radar and you definitely got it worse than we did. Beautiful day today but some honking wind.

Weather's looking pretty good through Saturday morning at this point. I'm off tomorrow.

Going flying in the morning with a guy out of Hibbing. If you're out an about, maybe we could meet up. I'll PM my number.

Zane,
I sure hope someone was able to show up and get you into the air up in the north country! Pretty bummed I had to cancel. Arrived in Florida today and think I much prefer the MN summers over this stifling humidity here....yuck!
Have a safe trip back and hopefully I can get to meet up next time you are in MN.

You've travelled a long way, but there's a ways to go... Let me know when you've made it to New Zealand.

Did he take you to Jaranson Intl? I saw it there last fall. Love round motors.

I'm heading up to Two Harbors to finish my CCEX tomorrow. One wing root panel and a new induction tube on #4 and hope it runs. Stop by for cheap gas. 100LL and mogas.
